Where Healing Feels like home

A place for queer BIPOC to flourish

We understand the unique challenges that can arise in finding safe and affirming care tailored to your needs. At Homebody, you’re wholeheartedly encouraged to move at your own pace and to show up as you truly are, in whichever way feels most appropriate and comfortable for you. We prioritize creating an inclusive space where you can explore your emotions and experiences freely.

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Keanu Jackson, and I’m a kinky, queer, Black sex, intimacy, and relationship therapist. I grew up in the small, historic town of Fort Pierce, Florida, and I’m passionate about creating spaces for people to reconnect with themselves. Outside of therapy, I’m an anime enthusiast, a nature lover, and I’m always exploring new interests in culture and design.

When I founded Homebody Psychotherapy, I envisioned a place where people could return to themselves with openness and compassion, free from judgment. Therapy, to me, is an invitation to explore your inner world with curiosity and courage, to better understand yourself and foster a deep sense of tenderness and awareness. As a survivor of sexual assault and a proud member of the queer Global Majority, I know how it feels to be told that who you are is unimportant or disposable. At Homebody, we work to unlearn those harmful messages and help you rebuild a sacred connection between your mind, body, and sense of self.

In addition to my therapeutic work, I’m also a speaker, facilitator, and anti-racism consultant, collaborating with organizations worldwide to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. I believe in the power of community and that through collaboration, imagination, and curiosity, we can create a more caring, inclusive, and joyful world.
