Program Breakdown & Options

Intro Training (90 mins - 2 hours):

  • This training introduces the core principles of decolonizing kink through a sex-positive, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive lens. Designed for individuals and groups seeking an accessible yet impactful entry point, this offering unpacks how colonialism, white supremacy, cisheteropatriarchy, and ableism shape mainstream kink culture — from language and dynamics to access and exclusion.

    Participants will explore:

    • What “decolonizing kink” actually means (and doesn’t mean)

    • How systems of domination influence desire, roles, and erotic identity

    • Core frameworks for embodied consent, cultural humility, and safety

    • Practical shifts for creating more affirming and inclusive kink spaces

This option is ideal for play party hosts, dungeon staff, or community leaders looking to deepen their awareness and spark intentional dialogue in their spaces.

Half-Day Workshop (3–4 hours):

  • This immersive, half-day workshop is for communities ready to go deeper. Together, we’ll examine how trauma, identity, power, and play intersect — and what it actually takes to create safer, liberatory kink spaces for BIPOC, queer, trans, disabled, and historically marginalized folks.

Through a blend of education, reflection, and guided discussion, we’ll explore:

    • How colonial legacies shape dominant/submissive roles and kink archetypes

    • Racialized trauma and embodied access to desire, pain, and control

    • Differentiating between boundary crossing, harm, and abuse

    • Practices for consent renegotiation, rupture repair, and scene aftercare

    • How to co-create community agreements that are living, not performative

This offering is designed to support both personal reflection and collective accountability. Participants leave with tangible tools to apply immediately in their hosting, playing, or organizing.

Custom Consulting Packages:

  • For collectives, hosts, or organizations looking for deeper, sustained support, we offer custom consulting packages that meet you where you are. These packages are ideal for groups seeking to align their values with their practices — and to do so with care, clarity, and nuance.

    Consulting packages may include:

    • Review and development of consent and community safety protocols

    • Scene support guidance and aftercare planning

    • Facilitator coaching for safety monitors, dungeon masters, or scene leads

    • Pre-event or post-incident debriefing and consultation

    • Support in creating or revising community agreements, values statements, and onboarding processes

    • Affinity space support for BIPOC or queer kink community members

    • Ongoing organizational advising around anti-oppressive infrastructure

This is a high-touch, relationally rooted offering. Whether you're creating a new play space, revising a long-standing event, or addressing harm that has occurred in your community, we’ll co-create a plan that’s responsive, thoughtful, and grounded in integrity.
